Shipping Policy

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping transit time will vary based on recipient's location, and I will provide tracking if available (generally 1-5 days within the US).

Shipping is free within the United States, but varies elsewhere. International customers are responsible for all customs tax and tariffs.

Praeterus Dice is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during the shipping process. If your parcel has been damaged, lost or delivered to the wrong address, please reach out to your local delivery provider first. If the situation cannot be resolved with them, reach out to praeterusdice@gmail.com ASAP to discuss your options.

Parcels that are delivered to the address inputted in your customer account and then stolen and/or damaged after delivery are not the responsibility of Praeterus Dice and will not be compensated under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for ensuring they input a valid and correct address, and that their package arrives to a secure location. Addresses cannot be changed after orders are shipped.
